Become a customer \u2013 create an account<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

To shop in our online store, you must first register as a customer.<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Click on \u201cApply for an account\u201d<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Fill in your company information and submit the application.<\/li>\n
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Once your account has been approved, we\u2019ll send you another email with a link where you can create your password and log in to the online store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How to complete your purchase
      \n<\/b>Once you\u2019ve added the desired products to your cart, select a shipping option and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
      \n<\/span>After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation confirming that we have received your order. A final order confirmation is normally sent within 1\u20132 business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Payment Terms
      \n<\/strong><\/b>Card payment is the standard method in our online store.
      \n<\/span>If your company is already credit-approved with us, the option invoice with 30-day payment terms will automatically appear at checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Delivery
      \n<\/strong><\/b>Our system presents the most suitable shipping options for your market. You choose the option that best suits your needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Delivery Time
      \n<\/strong><\/b>Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within one week.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Returns and Complaints<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

      Returns
      \n<\/strong><\/b>Returns are accepted only after written approval from Momec. A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

      For a return to be approved, the product must:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • be unused and in saleable condition,<\/li>\n
      • be free from damage, markings, or other alterations,<\/li>\n
      • be returned in its original packaging,<\/li>\n
      • include all accompanying accessories, manuals, and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or otherwise put into use cannot be returned.
        \nReturns sent without prior approval may be rejected or returned at the customer\u2019s expense.
        \n<\/span>The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the product is securely packaged during transport.
        \n<\/span>Upon receipt and approval of the return, Momec reserves the right to charge a return and administration fee of at least 20% of the product\u2019s invoiced value.
        \n<\/span>Special-order, custom-made, or specially procured products are not accepted for return.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Complaints
        \n<\/strong><\/b>The customer must inspect the delivery upon receipt. Any defects, deficiencies, or discrepancies must be reported in writing to Momec without undue delay after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The following, among other things, are considered complaints:<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        • incorrectly delivered product,<\/li>\n
        • incorrect number of products delivered,<\/li>\n
        • product damaged in transit,<\/li>\n
        • product with manufacturing or material defects,<\/li>\n
        • delivery that otherwise deviates from the order confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The complaint must include:<\/b><\/p>\n

            \n
          • order or invoice number,<\/li>\n
          • item number,<\/li>\n
          • description of the defect or discrepancy,<\/li>\n
          • photographs or other relevant documentation, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            No goods may be returned before the complaint has been processed and written return instructions have been provided by Momec.
            \nIf the complaint is approved, Momec will cover reasonable costs for return shipping and any replacement delivery.
            \n<\/span>Momec reserves the right, at its discretion, to repair, replace, or issue a credit for the defective product.<\/span><\/p>\n
