Sales are made exclusively to businesses, government agencies, and other legal entities.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prices<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">All prices are listed exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Momec reserves the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees, or other circumstances beyond Momec\u2019s control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Order and Order Confirmation<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">An order is binding on the buyer.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">The agreement is considered concluded only when Momec has sent an order confirmation or commenced delivery.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Momec reserves the right to correct obvious typographical errors, pricing errors, or technical errors in the online store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation, penalties, or cancellation of the purchase.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Risk of loss for the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Shipping costs are charged according to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Momec has the right to choose the carrier unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspection upon Receipt<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">The buyer must immediately upon receipt verify that the delivery is complete and undamaged.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Any transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to Momec.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Visible damage must be noted on the waybill or electronic delivery receipt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Returns are accepted only with written approval from Momec. A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For a return to be approved, the product must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>be unused and in saleable condition,<\/li>\n<li>be free from damage, markings, or other alterations,<\/li>\n<li>be returned in its original packaging,<\/li>\n<li>include all accompanying accessories, manuals, and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, or otherwise put into use cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Complaints must be made in writing without undue delay after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Defects that were visible upon receipt must be reported within seven (7) days of the delivery date.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">A product subject to a complaint may not be repaired or modified without Momec\u2019s written approval.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">For products manufactured by third parties, the respective manufacturer\u2019s warranty and product terms apply.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Momec is solely responsible for forwarding complaints to the relevant manufacturer or supplier.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or external damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Card payment is the standard method in our online store.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">If your company is already credit-approved with us, the option to pay by invoice with 30-day payment terms will automatically appear at checkout.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">In the event of late payment, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the Interest Act, as well as statutory fees for reminders and collection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Momec reserves the right to withhold future deliveries until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retention of Title<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All products remain the property of Momec AB until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Force Majeure<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Momec is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond Momec\u2019s control, such as strikes, lockouts, fire, war, pandemics, government decisions, raw material shortages, transportation disruptions, or other comparable events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Applicable Law and Disputes<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Swedish law shall apply to the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MOMEC AB GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY FOR THE ONLINE STORE (B2B) Scope These terms and conditions [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-75490","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/75490","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=75490"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/75490\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":75497,"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/75490\/revisions\/75497"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/momec.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=75490"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
