POWDER COATING
In our own paint shop, we powder-coat our door leaves and frames using an environmentally friendly, emission-free process. It is solvent-free, and any excess powder paint can be reused.
As standard, we apply RAL 9010, but we also offer a number of other standard colours to choose from, all of which are marine-approved with the ‘Ratt’ mark. We can also supply most RAL and NCS colours at an additional cost, and will provide a quotation on request

Dobel® Laminated Sheet Metal
DOBEL® is a foil-laminated sheet made of steel or aluminium, specially developed for marine interiors on board ships.
We offer Dobel® laminated sheets from Metalcolour, a material designed and manufactured in Sweden. Metalcolour is the market leader in laminated metals for the marine industry. Quotations are provided on request. Key properties:
* Fire-rated: Approved in accordance with the IMO’s fire safety regulations for shipping.
* Durable: Resists mechanical impact, wear and tear, and strong cleaning agents.
* Protective film: Features a heat-applied protective film that is removed after installation without leaving any adhesive residue.
* Appearance: Available in over 400 different colours and patterns, direct from stock
Decorative laminates
We can fit Decorative laminates to our interior doors on request. As well as providing an attractive finish, the laminates also offers protection against wear and tear, dirt and moisture. Quotations available on request.
