What is contract manufacturing?
Contract manufacturing refers to a process whereby a company manufactures finished products or components for a client. The company has specialised knowledge in contract manufacturing, sheet metal processing or handling specific components and materials. In addition, contract manufacturers can usually offer a complete solution, ranging from prototype manufacturing to finished components.

Design
If you do not have the solution to your design problem yourself, we can help you with it. Our design department can convert your sketches or ideas into design drawings adapted to our machinery. We import digital drawings, and if you use AutoCAD, simply send your drawings as DXF or DWG files. Our drawing programmes calculate the utilisation rate of the raw material to minimise waste.

Punching
Punching is a cost-effective method for processing thin sheet metal and enables various treatments, such as countersinking, threading and forming. With automated feeding systems and sorting and stacking of finished punched products, punching is particularly suitable for larger series. With the right tools, we can process a variety of materials with varying shapes.

Laser cutting
Laser cutting offers a high degree of flexibility when it comes to shapes and patterns in different materials, with a thickness of up to 15-20 mm. This technology makes it very competitive. Thanks to short set-up times, laser cutting is ideal for both small and medium-sized series as well as for prototype production.

Press braking
We offer manual press braking with a high degree of flexibility, which allows us to efficiently handle both small and large series. Our details vary in difficulty, from simple tasks to more complex projects with many bending moments and strict requirements for angle accuracy.

Welding
Our experienced welders ensure that your products are of the highest quality. Our welding services include MIG/MAG, TIG, spot welding, adapted to the material and design requirements, as well as robotic welding. We deliver with the highest precision in both steel and stainless steel. We are welding certified according to 3834-2 including 1090.

Thin sheet metal working
We have a complete range of machinery for manufacturing thin sheet metal products. Our equipment includes cutting and notching shears, edge bending machines, stiffening machines, seam lifting and seam closing, and spot welding.

Pipe bending
Pipe bending is a process for shaping straight pipes into desired shapes and angles by applying pressure to them.

Surface treatment
We have our own powder coating facility and also provide surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanising and electro-galvanising.

Special customisation
Based on our extensive experience in an industry where we have been active for more than sixty years, we can contribute experience, knowledge, commitment and special customisations that provide optimal protection in each individual project. We have our own development department with special expertise in construction and quality as well as design and form. Here, we always work in close collaboration with our customers.
